Return & Refund Policy

New policy is applicable from 1st April 2026.

We understand your concern so we always be with you in any of your trouble. We guarantee you that all your payments for tour packages are secure with us.

If you wish to cancel your booking you'll get 100% of your paid amount (except train ticket or flight ticket or ship/cruise etc. ticket price. This amount will be refunded as per railway or flight or ship/cruise refund policy) refunded/adjusted by following bellow steps :

Cancel before 15 days of Arrival - 100% Booking value will be refunded.

Cancel Before 7-15 days of arrival - 50% Booking value will be refunded.

Cancel Between 7 days of arrival - 0% Booking value will be refunded.

Refundable amount will be Refunded to Wallet Balance between 10-15 days from the date of cancellations. You can use this balance for any of your next booking with Lilipas Travel.
